"We will show that Canada had early and consistent knowledge about the risk of genocide in Palestine over the last two years and failed to do anything to adopt measures to prevent genocide. We will argue that this failure constituted a breach of Canada's duties under the Canadian common law and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms"
